I am Neda

Approached Amnesty International as a partner for our "I Am Neda" campaign to raise awareness about human rights in Iran, with celebrity participation from Alyssa Milano, Norman Reedus, Macy Gray, Good Charlotte, Ne-Yo, Paul Haggis, and Carson Daly, among others. "Neda" refers to Neda Agha-Soltan, who was fatally shot by a member of the Basij militia during a protest disputing the legitimacy of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's presidential victory. Created the #IAmNeda hashtag and an accompanying website drawing thousands of active users uploading photos of themselves holding signs with the words "I am Neda" within first week of launching. Released the song and video "Neda" in addition to holding a benefit concert with all proceeds going to Amnesty.
